Movement Café: Engaging Bishops (UM Creation Justice Movement)

Engaging Bishops
A number of conference green teams have been successfully building relationships with their resident bishops, and organizing conference-wide summits and other gatherings in their annual conferences. Several conference teams have identified priorities and organized successful creation justice summits that included the support and participation of their bishops.
For the February Café we will hear from organizers of these summits. We will also hear suggestions and encouragement for how to build relationships with, and invite the participation of bishops in the creation justice work and witness of the annual conferences.
