Men’s & Scouting National Gathering

The United Methodist Men will be holding a National Gathering this summer at Epworth by the Sea on beautiful St. Simons Island, Georgia, from July 31 to August 3, 2025. This event is shaping up to be a meaningful time of fellowship, spiritual growth, and renewal for men from across the country.
We’re thrilled to welcome Tavis Tinsley as a speaker at the Men’s & Scouting National Gathering. Tavis brings powerful insight as a youth pastor at Central UMC in Atlanta, with a Master of Divinity and a Master’s in Psychology. He’ll be leading us in a powerful message on “Becoming Whole” — and you don’t want to miss it!
We’re also beyond excited to announce Chris Karabinos as one of our featured speakers at the Men’s & Scouting National Gathering. Chris is the CEO and co-owner of BlackFire Signs, an Auburn grad, and a true Scouting leader — having led the North Georgia Conference Scouting team, which reaches over 40,000 youth in United Methodist churches! He’s passionate about leadership, growth, and relationships — and his talk on “Finding a Mentor” will challenge and inspire you to go deeper and grow stronger. This is a can’t-miss session with someone who lives out what he teaches. Get ready to be encouraged and equipped!
