Rev. Bruce Stanley

Rev. Bruce Stanley retired as the President and CEO of Methodist Home for Children on June 30, 2025. We give thanks for his 19 years of faithful service and leadership, supporting families and children across North Carolina.

Methodist Home for Children

Methodist Home for Children serves 1,400 children, youth, and their families. Its service array has 27 services. Last year, they ministered to people from 78 of North Carolina’s 100 counties. They are the largest provider in NC for therapeutic residential alternatives to incarceration.

A Peace Building Ministry

Methodist Home for Children interrupts generational cycles of violence and substance abuse. They work on reducing disproportionate racial and ethnic disparities in contact with law enforcement.
