Her journey has taken her from serving as a pastor at Seaside UMC, Church on Six Forks, and Fairmont UMC to embracing the unique challenges and joys of campus ministry. She began her dream job at Raleigh Wesley in July of 2020.
Beyond her professional endeavors, she celebrates 17 years with her wonderful partner, Aaron Muscle. Together, they nurture a beautiful family with their two amazing children, Vincent and Wesley, plus their labradoodle, Meghan, and Artemis, the wonder cat.

The Raleigh Wesley Foundation
Raleigh Wesley is a welcoming and inclusive campus ministry for college and university students in the Raleigh, NC area. They typically have students from NC State, Wake Tech, and Meredith. Their main meeting is on Wednesday nights for a meal and program at The Hut (2503 Clark Ave) near NCSU’s campus. On these nights, they offer opportunities to participate in fellowship, worship, study, and service. Raleigh Wesley also has retreats, Bible studies, mission work trips, and more.
A Disciple Making & Leader Forming Ministry
Raleigh Wesley provides space and opportunities for students to explore, commit, and grow in their faith. Students come from various backgrounds, experiences, and understandings of church and the Christian faith. They offer experiences of worship, small groups, and Bible studies to meet students where they are and encourage growth and transformation. In this, disciples are formed, or the formation began in the churches of their childhood or youth continues.
Leadership formation is a focus of their ministry. Much of what they do is student-led. They provide learning opportunities and practical ways for students to be involved in the leadership of their entire ministry. They celebrate the effectiveness of leadership formation in the many ways alumni serve in their local churches and beyond when they graduate.
