JoAnna began her career in the Treasurer’s Office in 2004 and brings more than two decades of dedicated service and institutional knowledge to her work. Over the years, she has served in a variety of roles, including Receptionist/Benefits Accounts Receivable Specialist, Pension Program Administrator, and, currently, Benefits Coordinator.
Known for being highly detail-oriented and organized, she excels at planning and clearly communicating complex benefits information in easy-to-understand ways. Her experience across multiple positions allows her to support participants with care, accuracy, and confidence.
Outside of work, JoAnna enjoys spending time with her two children, volunteering with her local United Methodist Church family, and gardening with a focus on supporting wildlife.
