As part of our commitment to faithful stewardship of resources, this year’s workbook will be available only in a digital format and will not be printed. We encourage all attendees to download it to a laptop, tablet, or mobile device and review it before arriving in Greenville so you can stay informed and engaged throughout the week.
If you prefer a printed copy, please print the workbook in advance and bring it with you.

Registration Hours
We are looking forward to seeing you next week at Annual Conference! When you arrive at the Greenville Convention Center, stop by the registration desk at the front entrance to check-in and pick up your lanyard.
Already confirmed your attendance?
Members of annual conference should have received an email after you confirmed your attendance. Don’t forget to have your confirmation QR code ready at check-in.
What if I didn’t get the email?
If you didn’t get the confirm your attendance email or don’t have your QR code, no worries. Follow the signs at the registration area, and we will check you in!
Lay Member Changes in Greenville
If you have a lay member change for your church at Annual Conference, the clergy and the lay member must be present and sign a form confirming the change.

Wednesday, June 17: 1 – 6 pm
Thursday, June 18: 8 am – 5:30 pm
Friday, June 19: 8 – 5:30 pm
Saturday, June 20: 8 – 8:30 am
Morning Prayer
Join together in prayer each morning at 7 am with “Pray As You Go” daily reflections as we prepare our hearts and minds for holy conferencing.
Displays
Visit the display tables hosted by United Methodist ministries in the Gallery area of the Convention Center to find ways to connect, learn, and serve. A full list of displays is available in the Workbook.
What to Pack
As you get ready for Annual Conference, don’t forget these helpful items and opportunities to participate:
- Help us reduce waste by packing a refillable water bottle or travel mug.
- The Convention Center can get chilly, so pack a light jacket or sweater to stay comfy.
- Annual Conference members are encouraged to wear black in support of “Thursdays in Black” on June 18.
- Wear red shoes for the Ordering of Ministry service on June 20 in celebration of the 70th anniversary of women’s ordination.
AC Kids on Thursday Night
A Wiggle Space will be available with games and activities during the Thursday evening plenary session at 7 pm so parents can participate in our work together.
