Members of annual conference should have received an email after you confirmed your attendance. Don’t forget to have your confirmation QR code ready at check-in.
What if I didn’t get the email?
If you didn’t get the confirm your attendance email or don’t have your QR code, no worries. Follow the signs at the registration area, and we will check you in!
Lay Member Changes in Greenville
If you have a lay member change for your church at Annual Conference, the clergy and the lay member must be present and sign a form confirming the change.

- Wednesday, June 11: 2-6 pm
- Thursday, June 12: 8 am-5 pm
- Friday, June 13: 8-11 am, 1:30-3:30 pm
- Saturday, June 14: 8-8:30 am

💟 Thursdays in Black & Fridays in Blue
Annual Conference members are encouraged to wear a black colored outfit in support of “Thursdays in Black” on June 12. Established by the World Council of Churches, this global movement seeks to create a world without rape and violence.
On Friday, June 13, members can wear blue to support “Wear BLUE Day,” a campaign created by Men’s Health Network to raise awareness about the importance of male health and to encourage men to live longer and healthier lives.
