Knightdale United Methodist Church is seeking a Worship Leader who is passionate about helping people connect with God and one another through worship.

Responsibilities
Working alongside the Senior Pastor and Director of Music Ministries, the Worship Leader will:

Provide piano leadership during worship services
Offer vocal leadership and support congregational singing
Rehearse with and support praise band and choir members
Collaborate in weekly worship planning
Help translate worship themes, scripture, and sermon series into meaningful musical experiences
Encourage and develop volunteer musicians
Support special services and seasonal worship events as needed

Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking someone who is a skilled pianist with experience leading music in Christian worship settings, can confidently lead both instrumentally and vocally, and brings creativity, flexibility, and a collaborative spirit. The ideal candidate enjoys working with staff and volunteers, values authentic worship over performance, and is excited about helping a growing congregation discover and develop its gifts.
