NCC United Methodist Conference Registration
On-Campus Housing / East Carolina University
Wednesday, June 11 – Saturday, June 14, 2025

Check in will be on Wednesday, June 11 from 3 – 5 pm and Thursday, June 12 from 12 pm – 2:30 pm and 5 pm – 7 pm. If you arrive outside of these times, you may still check in by picking up your keys from another building on ECU Campus. Additional details will be shared in your check-in instructions prior to Annual Conference.

Dorm housing will be in College Hill Suites at ECU. Please complete the registration form below by May 19, 2025.

• One registration form for each person is needed. If someone requests a roommate/suitemate and both persons do not send in a reservation form by May 19, another roommate may be assigned.
• The Conference secures housing for Lay Members to Annual Conference and Clergy. Rooms are not available for guests.
• College Hill Suites has two twin beds in each room and two bedrooms in each suite, along with a shared kitchenette and living room. Each bedroom has a bathroom. The kitchenette has a full-size refrigerator and a microwave. The building is air-conditioned and furnished with beds, desks, dressers, and closets. Rooms do not have TVs or telephones. Please feel free to bring a small TV with a cable cord and a cell phone. Cable service and wifi are also included. College Hill Suites includes a comfortable lobby with TV, elevators, vending machines, and free use of washers & dryers.
• Linen packets for each guest will be in the rooms. A linen packet includes a set of sheets, a towel, a washcloth, a bedspread & one pillow.

The NCC is pleased to be able to offer subsidized room rates for ECU Housing. Please help the Conference to be good stewards of our finances by considering your reservation in the same way you would a hotel reservation.

Payment must be received by Monday, May 26. Payment may be completed online or by check, please note in the memo line that the check is for ECU Housing. Checks may be mailed to:

Attention Youth!

All youth under the age of 18 staying on campus for AC must complete the “Minor Participation Form and Release” and the “Photography/Videography and Likeness Release Form Consent, Waiver, and Release” forms. Forms must be submitted by May 19, 2025.
