The AC Kids Childcare Program is provided as a service by the NC Conference for our Annual Conference attendees only.

Wednesday, June 17
1:30 pm – 5:45 pm

Thursday, June 18
8:30 am – 5:45 pm

Friday, June 19
8:00 am – 5:45 pm

Saturday, June 20
8:00 am – 1:30 pm

Registration

The registration deadline is May 22, 2026.

Capacity is limited to 35 children, and registrations are on a first-come, first-served basis.

All registered families will receive an email a week out from Annual Conference with details on activities, snacks, pickup, and drop off.

Pickup Policy
Childcare closes promptly at 5:45 pm on Wednesday-Friday and 1:30 pm on Saturday. A Late Fee of $50 will be charged if your child is not picked up by 5:45 pm (Wednesday-Friday) or 1:30 pm (Saturday).
