Ken serves as the Director of Church Transformation Ministries (CTM). Following many years in design, construction, and real estate, he answered God’s call and became an ordained elder. Rev. McLean has pastored churches of all sizes at various life stages and locations.
For over ten years, he and the CTM team have worked with hundreds of churches to equip leaders to pursue healthy transformation.
