NEW! Pilgrimage ZOE Challenge
First 5 Groups to Take the Challenge of raising $500 by end of February 2017 get to have lunch with Cecelia on the Saturday of Pilgrimage. Learn how here.
When she was in grade 6, Cecelia’s father died leaving their family with no income. Her mother was despised in the community as a poor widow with several children she could not provide for on her own. It became young Cecelia’s job to take care of her five brothers and sisters. Today Cecelia is a role model in her community in Kenya and her peers voted for her to come to Pilgrimage 2016 and share her story of faith, hope and perseverance.
Mass Choir Registration is open through September 26.
Learn 2 songs prior to Pilgrimage weekend, practice with the Mass Choir from 5:00pm-5:45pm on Saturday, November 12, then share the music ON STAGE for more than 5,000 people later that evening.
Mass Choir Registrations must be made by an adult church music leader or adult youth leader who is willing to take responsibility for:
- securing Mass Choir Music Selections (we will send details the 4th week of September)
- rehearsing music with youth Mass Choir participants PRIOR to Pilgrimage
- chaperoning participants during rehearsal on Saturday, Nov. 12, from 5:00-5:45pm through the Saturday evening session
