Blueprint For Wellness<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Blueprint For Wellness (BFW) health screening includes a blood draw and a few measurements, such as blood pressure and waist circumference. This screening is open to enrollees (participants and spouses<\/strong>) on the conference\u2019s active health insurance plans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Attendees will receive:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  1. $100 in Pulse Cash in their Virgin Pulse well-being program. This incentive reward is redeemable as a transfer to your checking account or can be redeemed for gift cards, merchandise, or a charitable donation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Up to 140 Wellness Credits for achieving\u00a0healthy results. Earn a total of 150 Wellness Credits before the end of the year and receive an additional $150 in Pulse Cash.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Free, personalized, confidential data on 30 health factors that can be shared by the participant with their primary care provider. Healthcare providers have indicated that this valuable information supports them in creating an overall plan for the health of their patients.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Schedule Your Blueprint for Wellness Health Screening<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Log in to your\u00a0Virgin Pulse<\/a>\u00a0account\u00a0and find Quest Blueprint for Wellness Screening under the \u201cBenefits\u201d tab or through\u00a0Benefits Access<\/a>\u00a0(for participants) under the \u201cWell-Being\u201d tab.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Call Quest Diagnostics at 1-855-623-9355.\u00a0 Employer group = HealthFlex or United Methodist Church<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Health Check<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      This year\u2019s results can be entered in the Virgin Pulse Health Check. When participants and their covered spouses<\/strong> take the Health Check they avoid a higher deductible in 2025. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

      To take the Health Check,\u00a0log into your Virgin Pulse\u00ae account through the website<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0or app, select the \u201cHealth\u201d tab, and then choose \u201cHealthCheck.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
