You will find this report on the Conference\u2019s&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/forms.nccumc.org\/index.php?page=login\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Online Data Collection System<\/a>.<br><br>As usual, there is a series of questions you must answer to access one of three different reports, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Your church was part of a larger appointment (Campus, Multi-site, Satellite, and so forth), and your financial audit was performed by the larger church. Tell us which church performed your audit and any comments related to your church.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Upload a copy of your&nbsp;formal&nbsp;Audit Report and any related documents. PDF formatted files are required for this upload process.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The standard Fund Balance report.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Your church needs to use only one of the three options to complete the audit process.<br><br>Please report any issues with the forms by emailing\u00a0<br><a href=\"mailto:support@nccumc.org\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">support@nccumc.org<\/a>\u00a0or by contacting your AADS or the District Office.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Annual Audit Report is now ready for uploading your data for the calendar year 2023, which is due from all churches no later than August 1, 2024.
