This applies to Moore County.\u00a0 The early refill request must be made between December 4 through December 9, 2022 (the duration of the declared state of emergency).\u00a0 Members should call the number on their ID card if they have a problem trying to get an early refill.\u00a0 The\u00a0early refill policy does not apply to controlled
