You will find this report on the Conference\u2019s\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/forms.nccumc.org\/index.php?page=login\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Online Data Collection System<\/a>.<br><br>Once again, there is a series of questions you must answer to access one of three different reports, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Your church was part of a larger appointment (Campus, Multi-site, Satellite, and so forth) and your financial audit was performed by the larger church. Tell us which church performed your audit and any comments related to your church.<\/li><li>Upload a copy of your\u00a0formal\u00a0Audit Report and any related documents. PDF formatted files are required for this upload process.<\/li><li>The standard Fund Balance report.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Your church needs to use only one of the three options to complete the audit process.<br><br>If your church received a grant in 2020 from the NC Conference Covid-19 Response Fund, please make sure those funds are included in your church&#8217;s Annual Audit.\u00a0 If you need assistance with the exact figure for Covid-19 Response funds received, please contact the Treasurer&#8217;s Office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please report any issues with the forms by emailing <a href=\"mailto:support@nccumc.org\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">support@nccumc.org<\/a> or by contacting your AADS or the District Office.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Annual Audit Report is now ready for uploading your data for the calendar year 2020, which is due from all churches no later than August 1, 2021.
