Wellness survey<\/a>.\u00a0 After\u00a0the survey closes on May 31, 2022, five (5) responding households will be selected by random drawing to win a $100 Visa Cash card!<\/p>\n<div>Please complete one survey per household.\u00a0 The purpose of this survey is to form an accurate picture of the economic challenges faced by North Carolina Conference clergy and their families.\u00a0 The information gathered will inform the research and development of programs and benefits\u00a0intended to support clergy in sustaining a high level of well-being in all areas of their lives.\u00a0 It takes about 10 minutes to complete this five-part survey with 6-12 questions in each part.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>First, take the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.surveymonkey.com\/r\/SQD32LN\" target=\"_blank\" Entry form<\/a>.\u00a0 It is of the highest priority to protect the confidentiality of the information\u00a0provided through this survey.\u00a0 To that end, the survey has been designed to keep the responses to the questions separate from the entry form into the $100 Visa Cash card drawing.\u00a0 The survey responses will be summarized in aggregate to guide conference leaders in the work ahead.\u00a0 The drawing entry forms will be used only by the Conference Benefits Team accustomed to handling confidential information and for the sole purpose of disbursing the
