The 15% limit is based on your church’s original 2026 calculated apportionment<\/strong>, before<\/strong> the Conference Council on Finance and Administration (CFA) adjustment was applied.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For 2026, CFA used Conference reserves to reduce the amount apportioned to local churches. As a result, your 2026 report showed both your original calculated apportionment<\/strong> and your final reduced apportionment<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you compare your 2027 apportionment to the reduced 2026 amount<\/strong>, the increase may appear to exceed 15%. However, when compared to the original 2026 calculation<\/strong>, the increase is within the 15% limit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
