Yes, to do this some individual payers and\/or churches\/organizations set up the electronic payment through their bank\u2019s website.\u00a0 An additional option (available only to churches and organizations) is to complete the appropriate EFT Setup Form<\/a>\u00a0 and mark the box stating \u201cI will initiate transactions on my own on the Online Data Collection System.\u201d\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n

If going this second route, you would log into the Online Data Collection System<\/a> at any point during the month when you are ready to authorize a payment.\u00a0 The Benefits Team processes authorized payments twice per month, on the 10th and 25th<\/strong> (or the next business day if those dates fall on a weekend or holiday).
