To keep your 2022 benefits the same as your 2021 benefits:
For Health, Dental, and Life benefits, there is no action you need to take. If you do not make a new election, you will remain in the same health, dental and life plans you are in during 2021.
For Flexible Spending (Medical Reimbursement and Dependent Care) Accounts, you must complete the Open Enrollment form below. These accounts are an annual election that cannot be started or changed during the calendar year. Your 2021 election WILL NOT carry over automatically to 2022. The 2022 Health FSA limit is $2,850 (up $100 from 2021). As set by the Internal Revenue Code, the Dependent Care FSA limits for 2022 are $5,000 for married filing jointly or single and $2,500 for married filing separately.
To change any of your 2022 benefits:
