The reward cards for the second quarter/journey of 2019 have not yet been mailed out. We are very sorry for such a delay and are working to get these rewards to all our participants as soon as we can. Our program has been running into recurring issues with Visa and Homeland Security protocols. We have developed a new solution that will be able to avoid this in the future and we are going to be using it for the 2nd journey reward cards. You will receive a check that will be addressed to each participant that has earned a reward for the 2nd NCC Journey. On the outside of the envelope it will show a return address from the Amazing Pace. We are processing the checks at this time and they will be mailed to you. Please open and print the form and fill in the necessary information and mail it to the address that is listed on the form if you would like to use the new ACH (Automatic/Direct Deposit) option. We will be sending checks for the rewards unless we receive a completed ACH form from you. This new process will also allow us to track your rewards in a more secure process. We know the many rewards of walking are important to all our participants. We appreciate your patience and assure you that we are working to get back on track with the reward delivery.
