|Participants in the Conference group insurance plans wishing to make changes to their 2021 elections have through Thursday, December 3 to complete this online form. There is no action needed on the part of participants who want their 2021 elections to remain the same as their 2020 elections (EXCEPTION: Flexible Spending Accounts must be re-established anew each year.)|
For full benefit option details, refer to the Open Enrollment booklets that were previously mailed to participants. The booklets are also posted online.
Active clergy and lay members enrolling in Conference benefit plans for the first time should contact the Benefits Team at email@example.com for next steps to enroll prior to Thursday, December 3, 2020.
Retired clergy and lay members only need to take action during Open Enrollment if beneficiary changes need to be made.
