The Annual Audit Report is now ready for uploading your data for the calendar year 2017, which is due from all churches no later than August 1, 2018. You will find this report on the Conference’s Online Data Collection System.
You will note considerable changes to the 2017 Annual Audit Report. There is now a series of questions you must answer to access one of four different reports, including:
- Your church did not perform an annual audit for 2017. This option asks why you did not perform an audit so that Conference/District staff may better assist you in establishing an annual audit process.
- Your church was part of a larger appointment (Campus, Multi-site, Satellite, and so forth) and your financial audit was performed by the larger church. Tell us which church performed your audit and any comments related to your church.
- Upload a copy of your Audit Report and any related documents. PDF formatted files are required for this upload process.
- The standard Fund Balance report from previous years.
Your church needs to use only one of the four options to complete the audit process. Please report any issues with the new forms by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or by contacting your ADS or the District Office.
