The 2011 Annual Conference approved a plan to transition from twelve districts to eight. The Transition Team has begun its work and is eager to receive and consider your contributions regarding the implementation of the decision. Please provide your thoughts to the team by offering your reflections on the questions provided in the Transition Team Survey. This six-question survey is anonymous. If you choose to leave your name and contact information in the field with your response, the team will have the option of following up with you for further conversation. A map and listing of churches within each of the new districts will be posted mid-August. At that time, there will also be a form available to notify the transition team that a church may better fit within a different district for some special reason. A note will be posted when this information is available.
