{"id":2466,"date":"2026-07-13T12:11:35","date_gmt":"2026-07-13T16:11:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nccumc.org\/rej\/?p=2466"},"modified":"2026-07-13T12:11:37","modified_gmt":"2026-07-13T16:11:37","slug":"abundant-life-cohort-applications-open","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nccumc.org\/rej\/2026\/07\/abundant-life-cohort-applications-open\/","title":{"rendered":"Abundant Life Cohort Applications Open"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Partners in Health and Wholeness is excited to welcome you to our Abundant Life initiative, a partnership with North Carolina congregations to discern where God is calling them to impact mental health and emotional well-being in their communities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Abundant Life initiative will be a journey of communal study, reflection, and training to help churches explore the connection of mind, body, and spirit through a biblical and theological lens.&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/healthandwholeness.org\/abundant-life-getting-started\/\">Learn more about the Abundant Life process.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>While we need individuals within the faith communities to champion and lead this work, this cohort is not for individual participants.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Applications are now open until <strong>August 24, 2026.<\/strong><br><br><a href=\"https:\/\/healthandwholeness.org\/apply-for-the-abundant-life-cohort\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/healthandwholeness.org\/apply-for-the-abundant-life-cohort\/\">Apply Now\u2192<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rev. Dr. Arlecia Simmons, the East Regional Associate Director for Partners in Health and Wholesness, is available to speak at local churches and answer any questions you might have about the program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/healthandwholeness.org\/staff\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/healthandwholeness.org\/staff\/\">Connect with Rev.
