All applications must have the appropriate signatures to be considered. You may download the application by clicking the link below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/nccumc.org\/rej\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2024\/01\/North-Carolina-Conference-Plan-of-Inclusiveness.doc\">NC Conference Plan of Inclusiveness<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/nccumc.org\/rej\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2024\/01\/CPI-evaluation.doc\">CPI Evaluation<\/a> <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/nccumc.org\/rej\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2025\/02\/CPI-application-11.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">CPI Application<\/a> <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Please note that the possible maximum amount offered is $5,000.
