Pastors should change personal information on On-Line Data System
The database tables in the On-line Data Collection System have been updated with changes in appointments. All clergy should use their personal ID and Password for access to the system and update personal information (address, phone numbers, etc.). The Conference Secretary’s Office includes the address, telephone, and other information from the system in the Conference Directory. If clergy have not updated the information, incorrect information will be printed in the directory. Anyone having problems with their ID and Password or any other problem entering the system, should e-mail Jennifer Walls, firstname.lastname@example.org. If there a problems updating personal information, e-mail Shannon Medlin, email@example.com.

Grant Writing Workshop to be offered in August
Dr. Annette Greer is offering a grant writing workshop for lay and clergy members of the NC Conference on three consecutive Mondays in August. With extensive experience in writing grants and teaching the course at East Carolina University, Greer offers an opportunity to consider funding for ministries even in an economic downturn. The dates for the workshop are Aug. 3, Aug. 10 and Aug. 17, from 9:30 am to 3:30 pm. It will be held at Westminster UMC, Kinston. Lunch will be arranged for a reasonable cost.
