Would your church host a “Sunday Supper?”
On Sunday, Jan. 15, churches are invited to be a host site and participate in a community-by-community, nationwide conversation about the most pressing social issues in honor of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. This is an opportunity for individuals to reach out to new persons and build community over a shared meal. Inspired by the legacy of Dr. King, America’s Sunday Supper invites people from all backgrounds to come together to share a meal, discuss issues that affect their community and highlight the power each person has to make a difference! Five persons or 500 persons, youth and adults can all make a huge difference within a community. Would your church be willing to host a meal? Have more questions? Get answers here.
