National Walk @ Lunch Day is April 25
Weekdays are busy – between work and other commitments, it can be hard to find time to exercise. National Walk @ Lunch Day on Wednesday, April 25 helps to incorporate physical activity into the work day. National Walk @ Lunch Day is a simple way to start a new daily walking routine and achieve a healthier lifestyle. As an added bonus, 30 minutes of physical activity can be counted up to three times through the Amazing Pace, Blue Cross Blue Shield BluePoints, and WIN programs! All NC Conference clergy and lay members are encouraged to wear comfortable walking shoes and take a walk at lunch. For more details on NC Conference Wellness programs, contact the Benefits Team at 1-800-849-4433.
