Afghan Refugees Need Your Help<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Jesus said this in a sermon about the behavior he expects of those whose lives reflect the grace and love of God.

Following the chaotic U.S. withdrawal from Afghanistan, we have a profound moral obligation to assist with the welcoming of Afghans.

More than 130,000<\/a> U.S.-affiliated and at-risk Afghans have been evacuated, of whom 44% are children<\/a>. For the tens of thousands who have or will soon be arriving in the U.S. with humanitarian parole, safety will only be temporary. This temporary status thrusts Afghans arriving with humanitarian parole into legal uncertainty for the future since it does not provide a pathway to permanent status. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
