The One Can Food Ministry at Sharon UMC in Supply is alive and well. On average, our dedicated volunteers serve 50 households each month by providing bags of food items that have been donated by individuals or organizations or through its fund established in 2018 using Mission Seed Grant monies as well as other donations.
During this time of COVID-19 pandemic restrictions, the need in our community has been great and the volunteers at the One Can Food Pantry have risen to the occasion. The “Ladies of the Pantry” are grateful for the opportunity that the Mission Seed Grant has given them to serve God while serving and loving our neighbors.
