The Rev. Dr. Richard (Ricardo) Ramos is a missionary with the General Board of Global Ministries of The United Methodist Church, serving as coordinator of theological education for the Evangelical Methodist Church in Bolivia, based in La Paz.
Ramos will be visiting NC Conference churches for two weeks in May. Although he is already booked at supporting churches for May 6 and 13, there are weekdays open for him to visit any church in the NC Annual Conference.
