Please consider taking a special offering for the people of the Kashatagh Region, one of the seven regions of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic east of Armenia. Its capital is Berdzor, where Project Agape is located. Many refugees fleeing Syria have returned to their homeland in Armenia and there is a pressing need to assist them and the other people living in there.
The North Carolina Conference and the Western North Carolina Conference show the love of Jesus in tangible ways through the hospital, children’s home, Christian Education Center and distribution of Christmas (Joy) Boxes! Funds are also needed for the chicken and cattle projects.
If you would like for someone who has visited the region to speak to your group, please contact Bill Haddock: revbillh@nccumc.org or call him at 910.262.3831
