Bishop Ward is encouraging all the churches in the North Carolina Conference to receive a special offering on Sunday, August 27, to support the ministry of Disciple Bible Outreach Ministries. The Special Sunday offering provides funding for over half of the annual budgetary needs which supports DBOM’s ongoing mission of making disciples in the prisons and the pews of North Carolina.
