This year, the SEJ-BMCR Youth Harambee is celebrating fifteen years in ministry June 21-25 at Epworth by the Sea at St. Simons Island, GA.
Harambee is a youth conference planned by the Harambee Planning Committee under the guidance of the executive board of the Southeastern Jurisdiction Black Methodists for Church Renewal, Inc.
The conference is held annually to help youth develop spiritual, leadership and interpersonal skills. In doing so, youth develop relationships, connect with each other and learn how to bridge the gap from generation to generation.
