These are the top 14 most borrowed resources from the NC Conference Media Center in 2018. Each of these resources was borrowed at least six times in the past year.
As usual, United Methodist Pastor Adam Hamilton occurs most frequently on the list. He is a prolific author, and his studies are popular among our folks. It is great to see a re-appearance of Will Willimon’s study that was also on our list last year, and to see Dr. Efird return to the list with his study on Revelation which is consistently the most borrowed of his studies.
New on the list this year are three female authors! The Bishop and Connectional Table’s recommendation of Waking Up White by Debby Irving was read widely among our churches. Two new studies by Elaine A. Heath and Amy-Jill Levine were often requested. Bob Goff’s follow-up to Love Does was also a popular choice.
Which of these resources will you add to your reading list or study with your small group?
