Many of our groups are familiar with this popular series by Ray Vander Laan. Each volume in the series is a self-contained bible study on a different topic with 5-8 sessions. In every study, Vander Laan travels to the biblical locations he references in the lessons. Each DVD is accompanied by a leader’s guide and discovery guide that provide lots of context and instruction for supplementing the video.

These award-winning 30-minute videos follow Stevie on a journey through a biblical story in the locations where it took place. These videos are designed for teens and tweens, but they would be a fun adventure for adults, too.

United Methodist Pastor Rob Fuquay has released 3 small-group studies in which he travels abroad to illustrate the lessons. With visits to the Holy Land, the Middle East, and Europe, Fuquay teaches about the “I Am” saying of Jesus, the journeys of Paul, and the Reformation of Martin Luther. Each study is 6 sessions and includes a leader’s guide and study guide.
