It offers proactive guidance, resources for supportive discussions, and ways to turn worry into thriving \u2013 all without the stress of making urgent decisions in a time of crisis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to Blackboard interactions, 2 optional Zoom meeting may be held at a time participants select on both Saturdays.
