Jeff graduated with Bachelor of Social Work from North Carolina State University and a Master of Arts in Gerontology with a concentration in administration from the University of Northern Colorado.&nbsp;Jeff&nbsp;worked in a variety of roles in long-term care for 34 years and retired after 19 years as the Executive Director\/Chief Executive Officer of a faith-based non-profit, Life Plan Community (Continuing Care Retirement Community).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Since his retirement from long-term care, Jeff created and works in a consulting advisory practice with a focus on leadership and organizational coaching, fundraising, strategic planning, board education, and DEI work.
