An Invitation to Flourish in Ministry and Life<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This course is designed for lay and clergy leaders in ministry who wish to optimize personal wellbeing so that positive energy and creativity are supported and sustained, even in times of disruption and turbulence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Art of WellBeing utilizes a \u201ccoach approach\u201d process in which the primary resource is the internal wisdom and expertise of participants rather than prescriptions from a teacher. By the end of the course, participants are able to design a personalized WellBeing Action Plan (aka \u201cRule of Life for WellBeing\u201d) that is specific and measurable, courageous and realistic. The result of small steps practiced over time creates a transformative path.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
