Transformational Leadership in a <\/strong>
Transformed Leadership Fellows Experience<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n

We kept everything our alums have loved about the program since 2011\u2014engaging curriculum, transformational coaching, and a community that nurtures relationships\u2014and packaged it into an experience that prioritizes our spiritual well-being as leaders, condenses the time commitment for ministry professionals\/laity, and maximizes engagement to build community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This new model features three two-night retreats from October to May. Between these retreats, Fellows gather on Zoom for short sessions focused on practical church strategies led by ministry professionals around the country and within our conference. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Retreat One – Grounded in God and Self, Oct 16-18, 2023<\/summary>

Camp Rockfish<\/em>, Parkton, NC<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After introductions and some focused time on experiential spirituality as a critical facet of leadership, Fellows will explore their EQi results and learn effective strategies to build relationships and build connected ministry teams. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Retreat Two – The Arc of Change, Feb 5-7, 2024<\/summary>

Camp Rockfish<\/em>, Parkton, NC<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Spiritual discernment and decision-making are critical to ascertain where and how the church needs to change. This retreat will outline a discernment process and equip Fellows to move their churches through appropriate and thoughtfully-considered change. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Retreat Three – Transforming Community, May 6-8, 2024<\/summary>

Trinity Center<\/em>, Pine Knoll Shores, NC<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During this final retreat, Fellows explore strategies to transform conflict in churches and how to fully embrace this liminal season of church leadership to see it as a gift and an opportunity.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n\n\n
