Maddox is the William Kellon Quick Professor of Wesleyan and Methodist Studies at Duke Divinity School. He is the author of&nbsp;<em>Responsible Grace: John Wesley\u2019s Practical Theology<\/em>, a contributor to&nbsp;<em>Wesley and the Quadrilateral<\/em>, and editor of&nbsp;<em>Aldersgate Reconsidered<\/em>,&nbsp;<em>Rethinking Wesley\u2019s Theology for Contemporary Methodism<\/em>,&nbsp;<em>The Cambridge Companion to John Wesley<\/em>, and Volumes 12 &amp; 32 of&nbsp;<em>The Bicentennial Edition of the Works of John Wesley<\/em>. Dr. Maddox also headed the project making all of the verse of Charles Wesley available in an online edition at the website for the Center for Studies in the Wesleyan Tradition at DDS.
