Yet, it is our Christian calling to live well with one another through times of conflict. With tools and spiritual disciplines, we can choose faithful words and actions in the midst of ongoing and inevitable church conflict. In this webinar, Ellen Ott Marshall offers four practices, connected with four ideals of living together, that can help individuals and communities live well through challenging times. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>About Ellen Ott Marshall<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dr. Ellen Ott Marshall (M.A. Notre Dame 1992, M.A.\/Ph.D. Vanderbilt 2000) is Associate Professor of Christian Ethics and Conflict Transformation at Candler School of Theology, Emory University. Dr. Marshall focuses on contemporary Christian ethics, with particular attention to violence, peacebuilding, and conflict transformation. She has edited two volumes and written three books. Her most recent book is An Introduction to Christian Ethics: Conflict, Faith, and Human Life (Westminster John Knox Press, 2018). Dr. Marshall coordinates the Justice, Peacebuilding, and Conflict Transformation program at Candler, and she regularly offers workshops in conflict transformation for church groups and teachers.
