The Center for Leadership Excellence invites you to a virtual (half!) Day of Learning with Matt Miofsky…
Half the time … half the price!
There is a difference between change and transition. While change may be a given, transition is not. Change is external and happens to us. It can be intentional or unexpected, in or out of our control. Transition is what we do when we experience change.
In this session, we will talk about the unique challenges of leading people through a season of transition during seasons of great change. Learning from the Exodus story, we will come away with not only a greater understanding of the stages of transition, but practical leadership tools to use in our church. The day will also be an important reminder that you are not alone in this task. With COVID forcing every church to confront change in an unprecedented way, there is no better time for this conversation.
