The Board of Church and Society to offer a three session training experience in Advocacy Strategies and Skills starting Saturday April 13, 9.00am – 1.00pm at the Highland UMC, 1901 Ridge Road, Raleigh NC
The dates and times for the second and third sessions in May and June will be decided by the participants Each session will be 4 hours. The instructional design will be highly participative with participants doing real work around their issues and societal concerns. Participants will select the issues to be addressed. Comprehensive materials will be provided. Participation limited to 30. Lunch provided each session… No Fees/cost.
