First United Methodist Church of Punta Gorda, Florida is seeking a full-time Director of Children’s Ministry. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about their walk with Jesus, has a strong love for children, and demonstrates the ability to work with children, their parents and volunteers, and can help us lead children into a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, and disciple them into becoming a lifelong follower of Christ. This is a salaried position requiring a minimum of 32 hours per week. A Bachelor’s Degree in Ministry or Education is required. Candidate should have experience in recruiting, leading, and motivating volunteers.
