Frequently Asked Questions
Should we offer Holy Communion virtually?
We offer you a resource drawing upon our strong tradition of the Love Feast and urge the sharing of the Love Feast in this time of virtual worship when we are hindered from gathering together for Holy Communion.
What should we do if we don’t know how to stream our service?
Recommendations include using pre-recorded messages, emailing/mailing sermons or sermon notes, and more. We also plan to post churches that are streaming in case some want to attend a virtual service. See other options for worship above on this page.
What if we need to have a funeral in the church? What if we already have a wedding scheduled?
Please discern locally and follow all recommended precautions. Consider limiting the service to family members or postponing if possible.
