Pastors can recover personal and/or church passwords and usernames by following the procedure in the paragraph below. If you are not the pastor for the church in question, please have them follow the procedure in the paragraph below and communicate the username and password to you. If your web browser is set to remember usernames and passwords, please type the username and new password in manually to verify that it works. Then update the browser to remember the new password.
For security reasons, the IT Office changed the Online Data Collection System (OLDCS) to use a “forgot password” link on https:\\forms.nccumc.org. After the pastor clicks on the “Forgot your Username/Password?” link, enter your Conference email address and click on the “Recover Password” button. An email will be sent to that address with links to click on that will allow you to reset your personal and/or church (staff) passwords. The username will be in the link. You can ignore any link that corresponds to a password that doesn’t need to be reset, because all links expire after an hour of sending the email. We no longer have the ability to send usernames and passwords.
