The Information Technology Office has been working to address the recent Heartbleed vulnerability. This security issue affected the NCCUMC.org website and Ramus web hosting system. All Conference systems have now been patched to address this issue. Part of correcting this issue requires us to reset all passwords involved with these two systems.
Please note: The Online Data Collection System is not affected by this security issue. You do not need to reset your password in that system at this time.
If you are affected by this issue you will receive an email from us outlining what you need to do to reset your password. You may also follow the steps listed below:
- Log into the NCCUMC.org and/or Ramus system(s) using your current username and password. You will need to log into each system individually if you have accounts in both.
- You will be prompted to reset your expired password.
- Enter your new password. Be sure to read the password reset rules!
