In December, Samuel Oliver-Bruno was embraced in Sanctuary at The CityWell UMC in Durham, NC. He has been living there since, and he needs much support so he can legally return to his life in Greenville, supporting his family which needs his presence. We will soon have a letter writing campaign for letters on behalf of Samuel. This will be at Unidos por Cristo UMC in Grimesland. You can find more information at the Facebook Event.
These letters we write will be affidavits that will accompany him to court, in hopes that Immigration and Customs Enforcement will give him a stay of deportation, and/or that the judge will help grant him a legal way to stay here. We need all clergy and church members who are willing to write letters on behalf of Samuel.
